Didn’t he always want a pet piggie? Seems like I read that somewhere. Probably in your comments for today…
that makes me sad, because I have received such joy from the man and his cat….
in college we had a bulletin board – I know, totally 1990s – and there was a big explanation of the Schrodenheimer, and the box, and his cat, explaining how the cat was neither dead nor alive. at the bottom it said “Mr. Blanton is Schrodinger’s cat” – a chem teacher I had suffered through for my first term of college. it was painful. that was the first time I remember just CANNONing pop out of my nose, drinking a coke and reading that at the bulletin board.
is ignorance bliss? I dunno. babies aren’t all that happy most of the time, so I’d say no.
just chuck a pissed off badger in that box. the answer will become most clear.
