cutting the hair, cutting cutting cutting…
I trimmed up the back of Dylan’s hair tonight. he wouldn’t let me touch the front as he’s growing it out to look like Conor O’s from Bright Eyes. it would have been even better had I seen a picture first. he just told me, “cut it really short in back– DON’T TOUCH THE FRONT.” considering that, I did pretty well.
I think we’re both growing out to the same hairstyle. hmm.
***sometimes I run into otherwise logical people who think trimming their hair makes it grow (IT’S DEAD on that end)
or want to use cheap product on chemically treated hair…
I think THIS says it all.

woo hoooo
i really would’ve thought that was edward scissorhands.
but, like, don’t let the fact that my pop culture knowledge halts sometime in the late 80s influence your or your son’s hairstyles. bhaaa. i’m just useless like that.
that is how I have felt about hair for evah’. My hairdresser swears that if I use her 50.oo a bottle shampoo, my hair will be healthy. I keep telling her it aint gonna happen, its dead.
There are products that do help, of course, but making it healthy? I hate that term.
Why must you live so far away? I have such a head of hair for you to transform. Sigh.
you would hack all my hair off wouldn’t you? or should i say, you would style me. baha.
I just started to question that recently.
any day you can reference Connor Oberst is a good day.
look, today’s a good day now!

crap, the link won’t work but he’s about halfway down on the right.
…Quite frankly, Pert was the best shampoo I ever used. Yes, I know you can wash floors with it, but my hair loved it…I guess as much as a dead thing could love something…*smile*
