  • I gots me book!

and I was third in line.

    by a fluke.

there were hundreds of people in line at the chain bookstore. apparently there had been for hours. no one knew they’d be selling them at the in-store espresso counter as well. good thing I was thirsty.

  • Its easy for you, mine were flown into a US island before dawn, have hopefully cleared customs now and will shortly be on a yacht that friends of mine sailed over yesterday specially to pick them up and will, if the engine works, reach here by early afternoon.  If not, and they have to sail over I will have a small riot on my hands as everyone has pre-paid

btw are you still a slut?  I want to be again.

  • Ha!  Good for you.

  • that’s awesome

  • done! woooo! good book.

  • Knew you were a genius!

  • They shut down the whole square around Harvard University the other night, just to accommodate the throngs of people waiting in line and gawking. All the shops and cafes stayed open to feed and entertain the crowd. They even had Harry and the Potters come play in the Yard, and there were THOUSANDS of people there. Totally wild. Me, i’m getting the book later this week!

  • I was number 85 in line.
