So discrimination in pay on sexual grounds is illegal but all an employer has to do is to put in a “no discussion” clause, and unless he (obviously “he”) is very unlucky, he can discriminate as much as he wants.  What the f*ck is the point of a law like that?

I read the racism blog.  I read something recently on blind interviews where test resumes had traditionally white or deep-South type black names attached.  Guess who were considered prime candidates for the jobs?
