Hey, they can pay me $5 and I’ll find out who did it. I think the reason that the Justice Dept acted so quickly to thwart calls for an independent counsel. Scoundrels.
It is actually very unlikely that there would be a legal leg for a prosecutor to stand on…the law that has been cited requires a standard of intent and an established pattern of behavior, which has not been met in this case. Even so, it seems that there should be some kind of penalty, you know?
