we went camping this weekend. it were gallopin’ fun!

I need to wear my eyebrow pencil even when camping and keep my eyes out of the smoke. making a note of this in the chart. I almost didn’t post this but the other ones of me were so much worse that this looked good by comparison. the next best possibility was a picture where I appear to have a large gold tooth. another appearance by the hook-handed-boy.
cos he’s just so damnably cute:
proof that I caught a 12 inch rainbow and gutted it myself with a plastic knife. I have to admit, though, I didn’t kill it myself. that was beyond me. I think I’m okay with that.
apparently all we did was eat, catch more stuff to eat, and then eat some more…
everybody was still smiling right up to the end…
and there was a bloody hook hanging from the car door… muahaha…
no, not really, but I’m going to go eat the last of the chocolate now. I look like a fat, fucking pirate, and there’s nothing I can do about that tonight. happy days.

i love camping, except for the eating, sleeping, pooping, and generally being outdoors. i’m most impressed with your fisherwomanliness, though. i can’t even bait my own hooks.

we used to go camping all the time as a kid, loved it. I only caught our meal once, we figured out a sure-fire crawdad catching scheme. do you know how many of things things it takes to actually make a meal for four kids? well we didn’t have enough… ha.

Trace is a nice dude…but no need to check out the mower. Landlord dropped off another one. Which I will be using shortly. jesusland I’m busy. Haven’t had a day off in over a week…and don’t see one happening. How was Emma’s play? She played the shoemaker’s wife, right? Oh and you should check out the cuteness that are the kittens–really they’re great cats. If trace wants one, i’ll give it up. But not one in particular. I can already tell he’s going to be AWESOME.
